GALLIGNANI 7000 baller

I own a 7000 GALLIGNANI baller and thread torn almost at five minutes after each bale. I thought its a problem with the needles at first, i've changed them, but the problem persist. Maybe its a problem with the binding system. I am hopeless in this period without the baller, please send me some advice on how to fix my problem or put me in charge with some technician.
