G154 Glow Plug Problem

I went to start my Bolens G154 the other day to show my uncle. i glow plugged it for ten seconds started to turn it over. stopped and tried the glow plug again. the coil would not turn red. my question is there a fuse or a relay that could have blown and if so where is it located at. also the glow plugs are brand new

There isn't a fuse in the circuit. See if you have voltage at the glow plugs. Coils do go bad.
