I am getting buzzing/spinning sound when try to start my Yanmar FX20D. Do I need to replace the Solenoid?

Solenoids do go bad. Yet, first check all wiring conditions first. A wire short can be the cause too.

If its the solenoid, what part number is it?

Rather than just checking connections remove and clean connectors from battery and battery posts. Tighten securely when reinstalling them. Follow ground lead to frame. Clean and tighten. Charge the battery. Check battery terminal voltage before and during cranking. It should be at least 12.6 before cranking and if it drops to ten during cranking you probably have a weak battery.
