The entire place looks terrific, Brent. We planned our ongoing project, including work on the Land for about 3 years. Love the fact that you are keeping the land in the family. Allow for more time than you might expect in planning and construction - always seems to take longer including more $! Guess everyone on this site is aware of that small fact already.
