I've never run my Kioti at full throttle but ... I'm not quite sure I'm strong enough to pull the lever all the way down - geezzzzzzz.

I run the engine at PTO speed if I'm running a PTO driven implement.
Normally 1500-2000 RPM for everything else.

now if you want to rear the frontend of a tractor up set it at 2500rpms.an have your foot slipp off or pop the clutch an youll be riding a wheelie with black smoke boiling high in the air.
