Buying Advice Fuel/Water Separator/filter

Could use some help finding "retainer" to fit,or a full new assembly.

I am wondering if this part is the same on the Kioti. I'm not certain as the Kioti diagrams I could find do not show the breakdown of the filter assembly nor a good pic. I can get a Bobcat part, but it will take a few days though and I am down, with good weather, now.

Bobcat CT450, SN:ABHM11193 - 50HP, 4cyl Daedong - Similar/same as Kioti DK45/DK50

I am looking for service parts for above named tractor.

I believe that item 15 is the compete Assembly, containing all of the other parts.

My actual need is Item 17, Retainer. Mine is cracked.

However, while in there I would like to put new seals, filter, spring, etc.

So, I either need item 15, or all of the other items.

You and me both. Haven't had ny issues up to now. Was out working the bush hog and grapple started smelling diesel. Normally its smokeless and near smell-less. Thought hmm I did just fuel, maybe I spilled some? No, I am too careful. Maybe winter version is different somehow and smellier? Seems far fetched but more likely than me spilling fuel.

Anyway, stop. Investigate. Smell fuel, touch filter housing, moist. Hmmm. Look around, and there it is. Cracked. Been fine for 10 years, today, not so much.

Thanks. Yea that sure looks l like it. I'll double check the rough measurements like yours, but really how many that look like that, have the same rotary switch, same hose connections, and dimensionally seems the same. On a Twin'ish sister machine.

Do you know i year makes any difference on the Kioti? I want to write down the cross part numbers if possible.

For the moment, I did what I had to and ordered a new assembly from Bobcat, probably paid 20% more than the Kioti part. I was hoping to find something within and hour or two from home, but alas. Surprisingly, Michigan Iron told me there is no cross. I also ordered a new retainer nut. If that all that's wrong, rather than have a spare of something I have never needed in 10 years, I think its time to update the filter on that embarrassingly poor filtered Kubota.

I order all kioti parts for my CT450 excluding cab / instrument panel, dash and related parts which are bobcat specific. Exact same parts and way cheaper than bobcat branded parts.

Funny, I just did a full maint on my 225 and the ring that holds the filter cup on just fell apart as i unscrewed it. Local kioti guy was no help. Ordered through bobcat 11.25 and 15.00 shipping/handling. 5 business days out. Im thinking I should have asked for a price on the whole assembly as well
