Fuel shut off solenoid?

Have a 2210 that turns over, but will not start, don't hear a click from solenoid unless i put in gear, and turn to start position. Ran fine when i parked it, fuse looked good. Is it possibly the fuel shut solenoid ? Man it;s packed in there tight, Thanks for any idea's Changed all the filters, fuel bowl is full
