mahindra 2021 model 1636
my 2021 Mahindra 1636 tractor has 2 issues..most important one is the fuel gauge is flashing on/off consistently. other is a stuck horn so I disconnected that. what causes a flashing fuel gauge?

Is there a pattern to the flashes, like an error code?
Don't have your model, but could be a warning for water in fuel, low pressure, or low fuel?
Check your owner's manual for maybe a hint or 2.

When you say "Gauge Blinking" do you mean a light is going on and off or the needle itself jumps up and down?

no pattern, just constant flashing so can't know fuel level..nothing in manual about this

digital gauge just flashes constantly off and on...the line of dark squares that dictates amount of fuel

Did you ever find out what’s causing your tractor fuel gauge to keep flashing? I have the same problem with my 1533. Was brush hogging and fuel got low, so started flashing like it normally does when your fuel is low, filled the tank all the way up, and now it continues to flash. Thanks

Any other gauges acting up? or just fuel? Did the horn & fuel gauge thing happen at the same time? How did you disconnect the horn? It sounds like a loose ground could be your fuel gauge problem, but you might also have a stuck horn switch/relay that is drawing voltage away from the rest of the dash cluster & causing problems at the fuel gauge if they share a common hot feed or a ground. Other side of the circuit could also be the issue if you have a loose ground or sender feed at the float switch in the tank. You'll need the wiring diagram and sender/gauge specs for what the voltages should be.

A quick google search shows Mahindra with instrument cluster problems across a number of their vehicles. Some compaints about the dash panel seals not being waterproof either (if it ever got wet in that area).
