Maybe you have air in the system. That could explain the weakness in the hydraulics. You might want to cycle the loader to it's limits a few times.. same with the bucket curl.. that helps purge any air.

Air typically gets into the system by shutting off the engine then letting the loader drop down by it's own weight while opening the valve.

I have a friend who sells big equipment who tells me you should always "power down" a loader or any hydraulic implement.. In other words.. drop the bucket using the hydraulics.. not with the engine off using it's own weight.. which draws air into the system.
