Front loader hydraulic question

/ Front loader hydraulic question #11
The relief valve only works if you're moving the joystick on any of the functions and only for that function. If you happen to ram into a pile with all the spools in Neutral, there is no relief valve to protect anything.

Essentially, it won't protect the loader/tractor from external forces being applied. Something gave, in this case the hard line, otherwise something a lot more expensive could have broke.

These loaders valve don't have work port relief valves either, which would prevent this.
Ya, he says he had the grapple on the stump trying to pull (or dig, or pop) the stump out, so the valve should have been open in that case. Either way, that line should have held.

While working with the front loader grapple a hydraulic fluid pipe burst that controls lifting the bucket up. I’m going to contact my dealer Monday but was wondering what this specific piece is called so I can communicate to them what’s wrong. Also curious if this was my fault by trying to get a stubborn root out of the ground. Was I working it too hard? It’s the top (red) line that’s busted.

Thanks

Edit :let me know if the second photo is loading or not.
Take the old one off and any good hydraulic shop can make one up.

Simple fix, by just replacing with a hydraulic hose. There should be a shop that will fit the proper ends. Much cheaper than anything the dealer will come up with.
