Some of the members here have some outstanding work, as shown below. While still in the designing/mental planning stage, I was pleased to know that the front frame hole pattern on the BX and B seem to be identical allowing the use of such an attachment to be moved to and/or from one model to another.
Thanks to TBN member Aczlan for figuring that out.

It just makes sense to make the attachment multi-functional.

Holy crap those are bad *****!!!

I have a grille guard on mine now but would love one that could also accomodate front suitcase weights.

Lots of handy people on this board, thats for sure!

So I take it you are interested in building something more than just a hitch or adding weight!:D

i for one would be the first member here to admit that i'm always acting over my pay grade. and i'd like a step by step on the bx front grill guard with the weight bracket welded on (i can get the welding done), doesn't it make sense to add the weight of the front grille onto the weight rack?
i think it's jwcsport'?

I like these fellows' ideas. I like certain features of all of them.

I want a brush guard, but these pix gave me the idea to make more than just that. I want weights. What kind and how is to be determined. I like the thought of having a hook to back drag a log or such. I know I do not want a trailer hitch on the front. Some of these guys here are GOOD!!!!

I like the receiver hitch idea. You can have multiple uses for it. Ball for a trailer. A hook. Even the D ring. Just pull the pin and slide in the next attachment. And when not in use just remove it.
