Now a L4060 had B2650
Am thinking of adding a front function on my tractor i have a 7 foot plow that can be angle , so id need function in the front . I look in to it whit the dealer it cost close to 1500.00$ that a bit more then id like to pay so am going to use one of my back remote i have 3 of them .Now is 3/8 hose and fitting a good size .Maybe down the line am going to get a grapple and a tree puller.

I ran 3/8"from my rear remotes to the front for my blade or grapple they both will move quite rapidly.

So I have a similar setup however I am having an issue where I am blowing the O Ring on the rear remotes. I hit a chuck of ice and I'm guessing the pressure of the hit blew the ORing.

How can I add a something to relieve the pressure instead of blowing the O ring

Cross over relief valve. It will dump excess pressure on one side hydraulic into the opposite side thus avoiding pressure spikes.

Won't hurt could save a valve

I would also highly recommend a crossover relief valve. I'm generally very conservative while plowing, but while pushing back piles of snow this past winter I hit the relief valve several times.

For $10 more I'd go with the 30 gpm even if your tractor is not capable of the 30 gpm an impact or severe push on one corner of the blade could generate quite a spike. Same fittings size and a more realist pressure setting range.

I also would recommend one, we sell one on our website.

Well final got my cross over valve but not sure how to install i havent played whit hydraulic much here the installation paper on what side does the hose from the tractor goes
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION 1. Connect the hoses from the directional control valve to Ports V1 and V2 of the relief valve. 2. Connect the hoses from the hydraulic cylinder/motor to Ports C1 and C2 of the relief valve. 3. Set the relief valve to approx. 300 PSI over the maximum pressure desired by turning the adjustment screw. 3.1 Turning inward increases pressure, while turning outward decreases pressure. 3.2 One full turn will increase/decrease pressure by approx. 800 PSI.

Your lines from the rear remotes go into V! and V2 your cylinder into C1 and C2.
I wouldn't worry to much about setting the relief valve;
you could back it off a couple of turns from the factory setting and start plowing if the blade shifts its self too easily while plowing screw it back in a quarter of a turn till it is working good for your purposes.

Uhmm. I didn't realize they were adjustable. I hit the relief valve while carefully pushing some berms this winter - I'll have to take a look at the valve.

Here a few pic of my cross over valve . had to make a small bracket to move it over a bit but now it fit good .Now do i have to blead the hose and my tree puller or just plug it in and play whit the joy stick good to go .
