i have been collecting them around here, though in the last few months, the "free rocks" have dried up. now everyone wants 5 bucks a piece for 4-6 in rock, and for you to come move them out of their back yard. I think not. I did pay a guy 100 bucks to load my trailer full of boulders with his Cat backhoe from his property though. I may have been a bit overloaded, and my tractor can barely pick some of them up.

Good for stonewall boundary markers etc. flower garden always use for rocks. :thumbsup:

There are hundreds of billions of rocks in Nova Scotia!

I hear you! All my life I have collected pretty or interesting rocks. Since my Kubota the rocks have gotten bigger and the piles higher. It seems I get a new crop of rocks every year. No watering or fertilizing required, lol.

For ones over 24" local stone quarry gets $150 a ton. They are almost always sold out of them.
