found a 2230 for sale

ran across an 04 2230 for sale got 145 hrs on it 60" mower and FEL for $9500 and may get it cheaper . the guy said he didn't need it anymore. is this a good deal ? he said he did all the service work himself tractor is very dirty but everything seemed mechanically sound.

Mine new was $12,000 so this is $2500 off the cost and the tractor would still have a year on the powertrain on the tractor.
