I'm sure they are outstanding! I've never had any dealings with them, so I can't say one or the other.

My comment was somewhat tongue-in-cheek regarding BlurryBill's problems with JD as noted in his "4310: The Good, The Bad, and Really Ugly..." thread in the JD Owners forum.

I think I wil give Dell a call and ask them about it. I've fixed the problem with the strangeness in the amount of info displayed - I changed the Control Panel display settings from 120 dpi to 96 dpi - but it still displays red, blue, etc. text in black.

Muhammad - I've verified that no sites with CSS are working properly. Does that give you any clue as to what's wrong? /w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif

Well that's the root of the problem ... you'll need to find out where in your browser preferences the CSS configurations are, and set them to recognize CSS.
