Formatting Changes

Greetings, Users!

Today we changed the colors and styles of all links on the forum. Instead of bold links, they are now regular type but underlined. Also, we made unvisited links a brighter blue, so that changes the contrast between visited and unvisited links. (Hopefully easier to understand now!)
