Here's a pic of hauling an entire 60' 10" diameter Alder with the bucket forks. BTW, the 55lb wheel weights are off my 20hp Craftsman garden tractor. Much cheaper than JD's and fit perfectly.

Welcome to the forum, Mike, and that's some nice pictures.

Just a suggestion, but next time you're going to post multiple messages and/or pictures, post the first one (start a new thread), then try clicking on the "Reply" button to reply to yourself to add each one after that. That will keep them all together for the future and make it quicker and easier for others to view all of them.

No, unfortunately we can't combine threads.

In my mind, this site is the best I've seen online for ANYTHING. The site is always up (with the exception of the hickup a while back), the people are generally friendly, and very responsive to questions!

I don't know what you moderators do to keep it so wonderful, but THANKS!

Ron

Actually the moderators (except for Muhammad who does everything) do very little, which is a tribute to the quality of the forum membership.

You know this is one of those jobs in which the less we have to do, the better job we're doing. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Yep. The members of TBN are what keeps me coming back each day. Nice folks! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks to Muhammad and all who run TBN for making such a fun place to hang out.

And its a good thing too. Can you imagine the possible implications of a snaffoo involving combining threads? What if the thread 'Anybody put a bigger toolbox on a class I boomer' got mixed up with the thread 'Anvil'? We could end up with a thread 'Anybody put a bigger Anvil on a class I boomer'. Yipes! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I don't know Jerry. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif There use to be a man around here with a MF 135 that had an anvil attached to the front bumper for a weight. It worked. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

easy solution to the problem..... the original poster just repost the pictures to this thread and then goes back to all the others and deletes them. I could actually do that for him, but the pictures would show up under my name and that wouldn't be proper....

Not only would it make a good weight, it would be practical, too. Have you ever bent something in the field and needed, well, an anvil to beat it straight?

One day while at work, 3 of us were sitting around shooting the bull, when in walked the ****'t Super and some investment bankers on tour. He said, "I like to see these guys doing this, when they are busy, we are in trouble". That's the electric utility business.
