ford mid-mounted mower

hello!

can anyone tell me the type is this mower?
is is mounted on ford 1000 series here in Europe
not sure it was available in th US

Many years ago my State Hiway Department used mid mount mowers to mow road banks. I never saw one on a Ford though. Very unique machine here in my World.

Is it powered by a belt pulley on the engine crankshaft??

Nice Anvil in the background!!!! Those are very hard to find here. Fortunately I have one mounted on a pedestal in my shop.

I have the same mower, but the pictures are borrowed from the net, so the other stuff is not from me

just crankshaft powered with belts
also here they are very rare

found out they were made by Kuhn, the mower blade is sourced from a german supplier called M?tle
