Yeah Six, I think it will too. Just wish I'd known about it before I assembled. Can't remember without digging back thru the thread, but I'm thinking you told me about it?? Thanks if you did.

My left front hub is leaking slightly around the outside. Would your idea of adding silicon probably solve that or is the solution deeper. Would like your opinion. Thanks

Make sure I understand. If you are standing by your tractor looking at the outter front hub flange where the fill plug is located, it's seeping some fluid at the seam where its bolted to the hub assembly?
If so, and if it's just damp with oil residue and not dripping, i'd leave it. If it's dripping, I'd unbolt it, clean the surfaces, apply a bead of good silicone sealer and rebolt.
Mine both had some residue leakage before I disassembled them but now stay clean.
Welcome to TBN. Don't find very many 3910FWD owners around. Have owned mine just over a year and love it. Post some pictures of yours if you can??
First time on this site. I am just starting to put a new hub seal in my 4wd 3910. I have removed the face plate, taken out the planetary gears, removed the cir clip and taken out the sungear, removed the special nut holding in the hub. But now I cannot remove the hub. I have only tugged on it I haven't pulled with pry bars. Should I pull with pry bars or have I missed something. Thanks in advance ovrszd.
