FORD 3400 Industrial

My father-in-law has a 3400 Industrial needing a shifting fork. Part Number C5NN731J. It's the 4th-6th gear fork. Any suggestions on where to search? I've googled as long as I can before my eyes give out.

The transmission is a three speed but it has a high/low range.

Check here. The 3000 series and 3600 use the same 6 spd trans (3 hi / 3 lo) and list the same part# for the 4th-6th fork. C5NN 7231J
