power reversing lever

On my NH Ford tractor 445C, 4wd 8X8 to the left of the steering wheel is a lever, for shifting, forward, neutral and reverse. "Power reversing lever". It is illustrated in several figs. It has a wiring bundle attached. OK, I've searched the transmission catalogs, the hydraulics, the electrical etc. and nowhere can I find a mention if it in the wiring diagrams. Please someone point out a wiring diagram or let me know how it is wired. I've searched Google and more and can't figure out how it ticks. Thanks, Fred.

It doesn't look like that controller has soft start, is the only thing. And frequently, these controllers need a mechanical switch flipped to change direction, which would add another complication. I just want to use the original shuttle lever. I could create a small circuit with a couple relays...

D&D, Slight confusion on my part. Last year I was looking for two solenoids for the soft starts, F&R. I found them. This year, just yesterday I replaced the power reverse lever with an on-off-on toggle. It seems all's well, thanks again. BTW, original replacement solenoids for my 445C don't seem to exist. However, I did find a couple made in China that were reasonable, adjustable with readouts. I'm solenoid good. Fred
