FORD 1715 HYD PROBLEM

Why don't you open it first and see what parts you need then order parts? What parts where you going to order in the dark?

i am planing on ordering the o ring and back up ring for the piston and the gasket and orings for the valve in front.

Not a bad idea. If the old ones are still serviceable put them in an airtight baggie for future use. I save my old serpentine belts and keep them in a freezer bag in the trunk along with the wrench to put them on.

FAWKEN, RESEALED THE PISTON AND SAME PROBLEM.
I AM THINKING MAYBE THE RELIEF VALVE ON THE LIFT HEAD COVER HAS A BROKEN SPRING OR SOMETHING.
IF NOT IT MUST BE IN THE CONTROL VALVE FOR THE TPH SOMEWHERE

What did the old seal look like? Didn't we isolate the problem by having you close the flow control (speed of drop) valve with the lift up? There are springs, a ball valve and a couple of O-rings in the lift head, check those. Make sure the ball is clean (no rust) and the seat is clean with no pits.

THIS TRACTOR DID NOT HAVE A FLOW VALVE
I WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE VALVE HEAD AGAIN TO REMOVE AND CHECK THE RELIEF VALVE ASSY
I SHOULD OF OPENED IT UP WHEN I HAD IT OFF, BUT IT WAS ALREADY RAINING AND I WAS HOPING THINGS WOULD WORK.

If they check good you'll have to check the position control/pressure relief assembly. At that point a pressure gauge would be a good tool to acquire.
