hi there, i have the opportunity to get a ford 1620 hydro static tractor with a loader on it for the price of 2500.but there is an issue with it.. it was being used to scoop up some dirt and the tractor would not go in reverse or go forward. the engine runs fine, the loader and the 3 point hitch still work. is it worth buying at that price and does anyone have any ideas what is wrong? --thanks jake
