where do I find the hydraulic screen filter for this tractor & why would the pto not work after it gets hot?

:welcome: to the forum. Filter should be on top of the pump, left side of engine. Cartridge type. Does it have live PTO or transmission?

Well then, that's run by hydraulics so pressure must be failing at some point. Clean filter and retry.
