ford 1300 clutch

I am having a problem with my clutch it won't allow it to go in gear need input on what type it is dry or wet thanx

it is a dry single clutch

sounds ;ike it's a classic stuck / rusted clutch.

block the pedal for a couple days. might get lucky.. it might just pop free.

if not, put it in gear with the clutch blocked, and bump the starter over repeatedly.. just lil bumps.. that usually pops em loose if they can be popped loose.

if yer around it, just toss a block onto the clutch pedal to let it hold it down a few days till you can start waving wrenches over it and do the real work.

might get lucky!

now remember to block it when you won't be using it regularly.

some new tractors actually come with a wood block to do that with..

ThankS again I will keep that in mind. The tractor has only 260hrs and has sat for some time .its nice to have tractorsbynet to find ansewers to questions thanks. Again
