Hey Doctor I know all my arteries are all clogged up. Can you put in some stents or maybe do a triple bypass so I can continue eating head cheese, spam, hotdogs and potted meat. After all, you only live once.

It's a book full of phone numbers, that my kids sat on, and about the same size and thickness of the Sears and Roebuck catalog that I sat on.
