I live in the Pisgah National Forest and have lots of insects. I bought an 110 electric fogger last year and like it a lot. The problem is, I don't know which chemicals I need to purchase for the No-see-ems or the gnats? I would like to know what works for you and how often you fog?

What does the fogger manufacturer recommend.

Back in 1975 I built a log cabin in Alaska. The mosquitos were beyond belief.... Bought a propane powered fogger. My good friend gave me a product the military used. Fog the work site. EVERY type of bug was gone for at least 24 hours.

You got a friend in the military - ask what they use.

Years ago I used some insect stuff called "Bugs Be Gone" in a hand sprayer. It worked really well. I bought some recently and it was a waste of money & time. I supposed they changed the formula? My problem is the tiny little "No See Ums" that come in swarms. The mosquitoes are no problem. I will do some more research.

Maybe livestock operations use something. Dairy barns, etc.
