fluid leak

I have a 73 ford 2000 3 cyl I just purchased and why topping off the fluid levels I now notice when the tractor idles with the lift up that hydraulic fluid comes out around the starter bolts. What kind of seal would this be??

does it really come out around the starter bolts, or is it dripping there

is your lower bellhousing drain with the cotter pin open.

wiper her down and give a good looksee and post back.
