On a previous Ford tractor I have owned there was a physical notch on the rear hydraulics handle where the lever could be set at a full flow position where one could use the open and close lever on a remote log splitter to actuate the cylinder. My Boomer 50 does not work this way and I have no way to set the lever on the side of the seat full flow to use a log splitter. How does one get around this? If I use a bungie strap to hold the lever open at the tractor seat and then used the lever on the log splitter remotely would this hurt the tractor hydraulics?
Thanks.....

No, as the fluid is still flowing back to tank in a series flow.
