First Tractor

Welcome, and did I mention that's a nice tractor you have there. Have fun

Nice tractor. Now the fun begins, figuring out which attachments to get first, and planning all the projects that you can now handle on your own.

Did you get any rear remotes?

Pallet forks are about as handy as a pocket on a shirt.

Same with hooks added to the top of the bucket for chaining things down to haul in the bucket.

Yes it has two sets of rear remotes. And yes the attachments are where all the fun begins just need money 😂

Congratulations and welcome. I think you'll find there are "more things to do" now that you have a tractor. Check out the forum for suggestions for attachments. Much will depend on what you are planning to do and what "jobs" you can take on now. Loader is a no-brainer and is almost standard equipment. Grapples, brush cutter, rear blade, snow blower - all good choices depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

A set of pallet forks and brush cutter are first on the list.

Teeth on the bucket help a lot with picking up things (except gravel or soft stuff). A thumb on your yet to be ordered backhoe even more so.

A word of advice: Spend a LOT of time reading and heeding the safe operating advice on this site, the dos and don'ts and the horror stories. There are so many ways to trash yourself or your tractor if unaware, inexperienced or careless.

Like the old saying as we get older we get smarter not stronger. Your new ride is great

I’m undecided if I want the backhoe or not. I might try to find a used mini excavator down the road. But like I said I’m undecided. And yes I’ve seen some horrible things happen.

A mini excavator would be far superior to a back hoe, which is a pain to use in a lot of ways, "hopping" on and off to reposition the tractor. If digging's a need, and as soon as you get one you will find lots of need, a mini digger would be a much better and functional choice.

Yeah I figure I could find a used one even if it needed work and be better off then the backhoe.
