First time tractor owner

Recently purchased MF 2310 2007. Has loader and back hoe. Love the machine. Had 50 hours on it. Little ole lady only used it on Sundays (REALLY).
Any recommendations on a small belly grass cutter? Prefer good used. ($$$).
