Well, not too much to say on the wheels and tires. They are stock GM wheels off of a 2500, with AT type tread. They have much better off road performance, and I'm guessing on road compared to the R4s that were on it. They float much better in muddy conditions to be sure, as the contact patch is quite a bit larger. I'm guessing snow performance will be better too, but we'll see. I'll get some chains for them and I'm guessing it will be almost unstoppable after that. I had to use spacers on the wheels to evenly mount them due to the center ring on the toolcat's hub.
Otherwise she is working very well, mowing 11 acres or so nearly every week right now, pushing a 94" wide sitrex finish mower. It's a rear discharge deck however, which is fine when the grass is normal length,but pushing it into 12" tall overgrowth is no go, driving backwards into it however, which puts the mower in the correct orientation works just fine like it did behind the tractor. I'm thinking of opening up the sides of the deck for side discharge as well, but we'll see.
I'm happy with it, it's small enough to fit into the garage, it has AC, it's very stable on slopes, and it's nice and quiet in the cab.
