Well, something got my right front today. I was bush hogging and went to turn when I realized it was flat. Became unseated too by the time I got her back to the garage. Strange thing was when I took it to the tire shop they reinflated the tire we couldn't find a leak. But by the time I got it home and remounted the tire I found a small puncture between the treads. I didn't have a plug kit so I tried a bottle of Slime. I don't think its going to work. The cut seems to be growing too. While I was at it I check the pressure in the left front and it was 55 LBS Grrrrr.... I figure the dealer forgot to lower the pressure after the bead was seated. He will here about it. I should have checked the tire pressures but everything else I did check was done perfectly. Bought a plug kit and will try that tomorrow. Anyone know a place around Nashville, TN that does the gel filling? How much does it cost and is it worth it?

Call Brad Regan tire company on Hermitage Ave if they don't do it they will know who does. That's where I get my tractor tire work done. Most of the commercial/industrial tire companies will be familiar with this. You also might want to check the archives of this site on this subject as it has some possible downsides to it. I have never used the green slime but I use a simular product from TSC (can't remember the name) and it seems to work pretty good.
