Bob, I'm not a metallurgist but if I knew any better /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I'd say that was very poor metallurgy on behalf of First Choice /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

...to be specific, that is more than just surface rust my tractor comrade. That is just plain bad manufacturing.

A chip in the paint (which it does have in places) is one thing and I can handle but as tried to explain... a pic is worth a thousand words is the old saying, and that a couple thousand words worth on a tiller that spends more time in doors than outdoors.
