I have an old BEFCO, does a nice job though I haven't had it long. It is pretty old and well used.

I'd buy another land pride

Get a mower that has no-flat tires with good greaseable fittings and swivels on all four corners. Avoid anything with plastic bearings and wheels. I prefer heavy fabricated decks over stamped.
