Can't beat the Harley Rake... I've prepped the yards in my last two homes. The first lawn I did the final prep b4 seeding with a box blade... the 2nd lawn with a Harley Rake. I would rent a Harley Rake now over and over before messing with anything else. They're the easiest and best prep tool IMO... good luck.
