I have a FX16D. Does anyone know of the American counterpart filters for this tractor. I need oil, air, fuel and hydraulic. Thought maybe if there was an American one available that it might be more accessable and a cheaper price. Thanks. John

Looks nice. I've used racor filter setups like that on my boat for years. How do you bleed the air out after changing the filter element?
as far as bleeding the system, I cracked the two screws above where the fuel line comes in on the pump, and cranked the tractor with the decompression lever down for about 10 seconds..tightened the screws and away I went....
I paid $9.00 for oil filter from napa to fit my 3110D.I paid less at Fredricks. Not trying to advertise here. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel if anyone comes across any place that sells parts for less everyone benifits and it should be posted. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
There is a drain on the Racor if you look at the picture. It is the white knob on the bottom. First sign of water in the fuel you can drain the water out without any disassembly. Yanmar doesn't have this on the factory set up. For just a filter, sure the yanmar part is cheeper. If you have to buy the housing or bowl, Racor might begin to look atractive. Nice units that work well with parts available almost anywhere.
