Tractor
IMT 539 de luxe
Hi,

the tractor in question is an IMT 539 - a tractor built on licence from Ferguson 35
The injectors have been sent to a company where they ve been set them correctly. But event with kinda refurbished injectors it didn't make any change, the same smoking as before. I'd like to add that there are lots of these tractors here, but none of the others is smoking that much. My neighbor has the same tractor but his one is not smoking at all, you can work behind his tractor without smelling the exhausts .. while my one has a very disturbing odor.

Please take a look at my 4th message, where I finally could publish links, particularly at the vimeo link. What could be the problem?

1st check your airintakehose could be broken and let dust into your engine
2nd Check your ign switch for correct operation(take note if preheat is working correctly) Switch have 2 springloaded positions...check if it returns throu both of them to "on" when you let go off the key ?

@thepump, video is there, you should be able to view it, I can view it from two different computers ...

Ok, I got a new set of pictures.
Can you tell anything about those pics? Air intake hose?
We are not using preheat for turning it on, temperatures here are above water freezing temperature all year long.
I dont know what fuel system is it using !? I know we use pump petrol/diesel.
But the exhaust fumes are blue; they're never dark/black ..

Afaik air filter is housed here: http://shrani.si/f/14/OT/2CBhrJm3/intake-1.jpg
Exhaust pipe is black dirty but it's not greasy. That black matter is kinda dry: http://shrani.si/f/S/4g/A9LqI43/muff-0.jpg

Oil stick shows that oil level is about 1/3 above maximum. Oil has been changed five years ago, but even with fresh oil it was smoking. http://shrani.si/f/45/Hx/49FkRuf7/oil-stick.jpg
Turn on key returns normally to the default center position: http://shrani.si/f/1o/pw/17LiYyBQ/turn-on.jpg

@dlttrekkers, but, hm, there's no dust in the air? I mean, when we work in the fields air can be dusty, but most of the time it sucks clean air. How many % are you convinced that the problem is in that hose?
