FEL edge mods using a pipe?

/ FEL edge mods using a pipe? #22
I had thought of that but do not have any metal working tools or welder (yet). I just moved to the country after 10 years in the city (Chicago) and another 10 in suburbia. So I never had the use for them.

I have concrete (parking pad), asphalt (250'x16'), and Gravel (950' x 2 drives) so I was hopping to use something that would work on all surfaces. The PVC worked well just did not hold up.

I use a rubber squeegee edge on the concrete & asphalt & it works extremely well. The one gravel drive (our main drive) was improperly installed by the previous owner & is pumping and sinking with some areas pretty thin. So I wanted to minimize any plowing impact to the drive until I can get it stabilized. I am thinking of using the black drain pipe (seems to be more elastic) and taking it slower. I can cut & slit the plastic with wood working tools so that is why I'll try this option.

Thanks

When you do your search check to make sure that "Search options" is set to "and" not "entire phrase". Here is one result from the seach.
