Fel 4n1 controller difference JD vs Kubota

Is there some difference between the way the 4n1 control works on a JD 4000 series vs the Kubota Grand L series. Is the JD lacking the float function?? If so does it matter.

It does not matter for a 4-n-1, but for using a loader period it is a pretty big deal.
