Farmtrac tractors

Have seen some Farmtrac tractors advertised. They look identical to some Ford models. Are they the same? Can parts be had for them? Do New Holland dealers have parts that will fit under the Ford label? Thanks, Jim

New Holland bought Ford and NH dealers provides parts and service for Ford tractors. There is no relationship between NH and Farmtrac. Farmtrac assembled and sold Escorts, LS, and Same-Deutz tractors rebranded as Farmtrac in the USA. Farmtrac, which went out of business in 2009, was bought by Montana. Montana tracters are rebranded LS assembled and sold in the USA under the name Montana. Parts may be available depending on the year, model and part needed from the original manufacturer.

farmtrac used tobe long tractor.but as said farmtrac went out of business.they are use the old style ford bodies of the 60s an 70s.now im going to step on some toes,ford bought out new holland not the other way around.i know this because ford was pulling the NH from dealers that wasnt ford an giving them to the ford dealers.thus causing some lawsuits being filed by non ford dealers wanting to keep NH dealership.
