Price Check fair asking price 2230?

I have a 2005 Kubota 2230 with a 60MM and a FEL. It has between 120 and 150 hours on it. I'm going have to sell it as I'm moving to a house with a small yard. What is a fair price to sell it at in the DC metro area?

I'm thinking that it's worth about 5-6000.00. Heck I'll give ya 6100.00 since I need one /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Seriously though....
A local guy just bought an 05' BX2230 with FEL and rear blade, but no deck for 8600.00 on E-bay with 85 hrs. He purchased a new 60"MMM and turned it over for 11,600. I was just quoted 12,200 OTD for a new - 05' BX2230, FEL, and 60"MMM,

So I probably wouldn't pay much over $10K for a very well kept (equally equipped) used one..

But that's me,, I'm sure some of the the sites vetrans will likely be chiming in.

How much warranty is left?? That could help your sale if someone knows that there is some warrranty left.

You could check out the completed auctions on Ebay to see what they are going for.

If it is in excellent condition I would think you should be able to get between $9,500 and $10,000.

I hope its worth more than $6100 /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif . I payed 13000 for it last year. It has just under 2 years of warranty left on it. It has been garage kept. It has not spent one night outside. I have followed the maintance schedule to letter. It is very clean. The FEL is scratched but nothing you wouldn't expect with a year of use.

I'm thinking $10,000. give or take $500 would be fair.In the metro DC area is there a demand for these tractors?Maybe you'll have to advertise outside your area a little to get the best return.Good luck
