Fabricating plate for 425

IIRC someone once posted a drawing, with dimensions, for the attachment plate on the 425. Darned if I can find it now.

Does anyone remember who, when, where it was posted? Anything that might help me find it.

I took these off a picture that I had saved. Maybe Stray can verify.
