Thanks for posting. you're right, no reason to be worried about the yellowjackets, this (the pic you posted) is a vietnam-rebuild.. Um, looks good, but the goods might not hold up under any use.... I'd stay away, sting or not!!!! -Art

Yes, I know it's a vietnam rebuild, but it sure is a nice looking tractor.I'am sure there are some out there that aren't vietnam rebuilds, but I haven't seen them advertised by any other dealers. If you could find one that wasn't a vietnam rebuild 4x4 a/c heat 96 hp. would be a good deal @ $17000. A 45 hp deer, branson, etc, would cost that much .with out cab etc.

I sold an FX60 this last winter with loader for 17000.00. It had 2200 hours on it but it was not a salvaged Vietnam machine. The larger machines like these are used on dairies in Japan so 5 to 20k hours is not unusual. I saw quite a few going to veitnam with more than 15k hours. I probably would not buy the large FX series again. Far to complicated to maintain for the average farmer long term. The MT7301FD Mitsubishi, X70 Shibaura, TL7010F Isekis, YM5000D, YM6000D or YM7000D are absolutely awesome tractors that you can work on and they all have the similar cab with all the bells and whistles. One thing about cabs from Japan. You are going to spend a weekend getting the cigarette tar off the interior. Cigarette smoke doesn’t bother me but when it is humid outside if you don’t clean it, an ashtray and your cab will have a lot in common.
