HAH! That’s “just gettin broken in” to me. LOL
You want brand new?
Don’t have to have new but not over 75-150hrs

A poultry farmer owner Operator don’t have time to be making repairs on equipment 😩

Neither do hay farmers, but all I do is repair tractors anymore.

Do you use the slower turtle range much ?

Like in deep grass or steep banks ?

Yes, I use low range on steep hills because the hydros and the 72” mower draw down power pretty good when going uphill. Even 36HP.
On flat ground either range is fine.

I’m telling you honestly, I don’t think you’ll like a F.

I’d get a bigger area mower with 40+ HP or get a Ferris with a suspension so you can cut faster.

I absolutely love my ZD1511 72 SD
but wanting a F 4WD strictly for my steep bank.

I can mow it horizontally with Zero IF it’s bone dry.

I just wished Kubota offered a 84” side discharge Option F or ZD either one for my tamer rolling hills.

Those 9ft & wider decks just don’t work for this application.

I’d be changing mowers too often for different areas.

Why do you think this :

For rough ground, tail swing, ride ??

Ride is rougher than zero turn. They don’t cut as fast. Maybe those wont matter to you. I just prefer a zero turn for massive amounts of mowing.

I get you have steep hills. Surprised you cant find a bar tire????
That’ll solve your traction problems right away.

I know you want an 84”, but tough to find in side discharge. Hard to take 7 feet of grass and get it to come out a small chute.

If you could get bar tires on a 72” diesel zero turn, it would fly with sharp blades.

Good Info HD

I probably need to mow with one first before pursuing one.

I don’t like the front deck wheels running on my rough ground & I don’t need front deck :

I just need 4wd when grass is thick & damp on this 60x800ft steep bank.

Plus it’ll be a backup mower if my ZD1511 breaks down.

My wife mows a little from time to time so I need a second mower.

I currently have two ZD1511 but possibly selling one.

Try bar tires on one. Might cost you $400. Might save you $30,000.

If your wheels wont take them, buy a set of Kubota wheels for a ZD331 which I know will take them. Rattle off your old wheels & turf tires and rattle on the ones with bar tires.
