F20D starter problems

Everything was working fine than I went to restart and nothing.

I have cleaned the posts and ground wire, I have 12.7 volts at the starter solenoid but it won't turn over.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Aaron on Hoyes site goes over Testing and Replacing the Starter Solenoid. It's under his How to Video's.

Check voltage at the small terminal on the starter with the key in the crank position. Should be the same 12.7 volts.

check the safety on the clutch, or you can just jump the two wires on the clutch switch to bypass the clutch switch.
