We can paint many EA Attachments custom tractor colors for $75.00. I warn people that this could complicate an already complicated lead time because of what sysop described above.
Colors available at the factory: Cat yellow(obviously), black, JD Green, Kubota Orange.

Just let me know if you want to change it.
Travis

Travis, e-mail sent on order #59576 to paint my grader Kubota Orange, if it's not too late. Thanks!

Hello there, my dad and I are interested in getting an extreme duty landscape rake and were wondering about the free shipping radius and some other details about shipping. From what I understand the free freight is to the freight terminal and then additional shipping to the customer's door is extra. We live in the Tulsa area and google maps says that we are just barely inside the 1000 mile radius. However, we have had stuff shipped to us by Saia before and they don't really like coming out to our house, plus we don't have any way of getting it out of the truck unless they send a lift trailer. All that adds a lot of extra cost to an already kind of pricy (but worth it!) implement.

Do the freight terminals generally accept customer pickups at the terminal? I think that's how we would prefer to pick it up.

EA rakes are great and are definitely one of the most reviewed products on our website. I doubt any rake on the market has received the number of reviews we have with OVER 150 between the Land Shark Subcompact rake, EA Xtreme Compact rake and EA Severe Xtreme rake.

Most definitely. We ship to terminals all over the country and they're glad to accept pickups and will load onto your truck/trailer for no charge.
Free shipping to:
FedEx Freight
6882 W 76th St
Tulsa, OK 74131

Let me know if you need anything!

Hope I don't get anyone at EA in trouble, but...

I recently had purchased a rototiller (Phoenix) and due to being in a hurry I didn't fully scrutinize the shipment at the FedEx dock. Folks at FedEx seemed overly anxious for me to pick the thing up: I'd replied over the phone several times of my intended pick-up date/time (which I kept), but they kept calling and saying I needed to schedule! (they even called EA!) The guy who loaded the pallet+tiller told me that what I was signing was just in case there there was any issue (yeah, I was signing my release of holding FedEx responsible for any damage- snakes!). Anyway, when I got home I found out that FedEx bent the heck out of one of the skids (and an attachment piece for it; part of the tiller's side case was bent, but I managed to beat it back so that it's close enough; other pieces are too stout and I don't have a torch). $#%! I called EA to ask if I could get some replacement parts, on my tab (I was the one who failed to inspect and report damage). Yesterday the parts showed up. EA did not ask for any payment.

I'm telling people this, there's no substitute for REAL customer service. I have bought several implements from EA and will always look to them first for any future/additional purchases (though I think I'm about out of implements to buy now!).

So, in conclusion, EA GOOD, FedEx BAD; and, ALWAYS thoroughly inspect a shipment: if it seems like you're being hurried it's very likely it's because the shipment IS damaged!

Hey Everything Attatchments! Why did you delete my review of your 60 inch brush cutter? I gave it 3 stars and listed some problems I had with it and now the review is suddenly gone. I noticed you kept only the 5 stars reviews. Some of the other reviews that weren't 5 star got deleted also. Can you explain this? Are you skewing the reviews and only keeping the ones that look good for your company?

Just sounds like another excuse. You need to educate your employees on the products they are selling.

Impossible for every person to know every thing about every product, especially when you sell a bunch of different stuff. Ever buy a new car? Heck, my Mahindra dealer didn't even know you could shift on the fly because of the synchromesh in the four main gears.
You can have employees that know quite a bunch of stuff, and they are very useful and perhaps paid more, but there are always gaps in knowledge.
(BTW, I have some QH compatible stuff that, um, isn't. And the QH being as simple as it is, one can easily see if it can be converted or not.)

WOW if true this could be a serious problem for EA!

No, we do not delete any reviews, but our system sometimes flags reviews if it detects any sort of offensive language. I do not know what it found offensive in your review, but it was dumped into that category.
I look at the reviews frequently and ok them to pool in with the rest, and your message prompted me to release yours after reading it.

Yea right. Submit a bad review to your company and it dumps it as offensive. Sure. I wonder how many other bad reviews your "computer software" has deemed "offensive"

It happens all the time, actually.

I'm sorry you were initially unhappy with an answer from an employee you spoke with on the phone here before you purchased from us and were also unhappy with my response to your concern on TBN.
Now, I've given you another honest answer that is unacceptable.

What can I do for you here on TBN?

I have tried to refrain from responding to any of darrins posts, but I have finally decided I needed to.
I have been watching EA' posts and threads for quite a few years and have bought one post hole setup from them.
I see no reason for Darren's sour attitude towards them and when I read his posts I just laugh to myself and think, dang I'm glad I'm not THAT grumpy old man!

I also have been watching these posts. My thoughts are that I am even more inclined to do business with EA after watching someone with a "bad experience". I appreciate Travis putting himself out there for questions, advice and comments, both the good and the bad. I will soon be ordering a pine straw rake. Thanks

A friend of mine has this post hole digger that he offered to lend me. Problem is end of shaft is missing that couples to Tractor. I believe this is a Leinbachline, from what I can make out from lettering that's still there. Have no idea what model this is. I was hoping for some feedback on this. Also is the shaft interchangeable, common with other pto equipment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The EA Team is always fair and reasonable. I'll be the first one to admit that mistakes are unavoidable, but we do make the best of them when they're made by us or by our customers.
We frequently go above and beyond when it's necessary to ensure satisfaction, but, the fact is, everyone can't be pleased.
