This is a product of all of our experience on tractors and machinery over the years, we added features that we always wished for, and designed it to take any abuse you can give it. I'll just say this... I bought an extreme duty 72" blade from them 2 weeks ago, it arrived in AZ in good shape. I've used it a couple times so far and it has been great. sorry you had a bad experience, but mine was good.
