email response format question

Hello,

When I respond to a website's "contact us", a form comes up I don't know how to deal with. It's almost like my regular email form except there's no SEND button. Attached is a screen print. How does this thing work?

To tell you the truth, I wasn't apparent to me that it was even part of Outlook, since I don't use that program.

What is your normal email program? Outlook express?

there is a way in your windows settings to change it
so that your default email program is Outlook Express (if you
do use that) so when you open a "mailto" link, Express opens
instead of outlook..

Yes, it's Outlook Express and a default change is what I need. I'll try that Google trick you taught me!

It's in your control panel/internet settings,
go to programs, and you can chose your default
email program.
