Wanting to add Driving lights on the rops of my m6800. The wiring harness at the rear that leads to my flashers and tail lights have a large and small connector of some type coming off the harness on each side that are just hanging there taped to the harness. Are these for additional lighting and if so what is the max. wattage I can attach? Sorry but I am totally ignorant about electrical. Thanks

If you are "totally ignorant about electrical", I would get a service manual for tractor and also use Google to find videos or tutorials on doing this. I was somewhat ignorant and before I went tearing into my motorcycle electrical, that is what I did. It doesn't take much to futz something up and it can be a real bear to trace it down.

If it's like my B-series, there are the work light leads in the right rear fender, which are switched on/off with the key (I have no extra wiring in the left fender). They should matchup with a corresponding slot in the fuse box. Mine had a 20A fuse, which would tend to indicate that the wiring can support at least 20A. Of course, alternator capacity and other loads should factor in as well. I used LED lights which only draw about 1.5A each, and they are insanely bright.

Do a search for more information -- lots of threads about putting work lights on Kubotas.
